July 2026 Golf Cart Giveaway Official Rules

PROMOTION SUMMARY

The July Golf Cart Giveaway Promotion brought to you by PT’s Taverns (“Promotion”) offers Eligible Participants the chance to win a 2026 Club Car golf cart. The earning period begins July 1, 2026 at 12:01am and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59pm PST (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion takes place at any of the participating PT’s Locations listed below in Section 5. Participating Taverns (“Participating Taverns”).

During the Promotion Period, any Eligible Participant who earns 50 base points on any gaming machine located at Participating Taverns, will earn one (1) electronic entry into the Promotion Drawing. After the conclusion of the Promotion Period, all entries will be combined, and one (1) Eligible Participant will be randomly selected in the Promotion Drawing as the Promotion Winner (“Winner”) on Thursday August 3, 2026. All times referred to under these Official Rules are Pacific Standard Time. If any selected entry is determined to be ineligible, the entry will be void and an alternate winner will be selected. All qualifying entries must be earned during the Promotion Period.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), all Participants must:

Be 21 years of age or older;
Possess a valid government-issued ID;
Be a member of True Rewards® (membership is free); and
Comply with all applicable participation requirements set forth herein.

Individuals NOT eligible for this Promotion include:

All employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC, and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household of such employees

2. PRIZE DETAILS

The Promotion Prize consists of:

one (1) 2026 Club Car Onward HP Li-ion golf cart (approximate retail value: of $15,224 USD); or
Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000 USD) cash option in lieu of the golf cart.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To Participate, Eligible Participants must, during the Promotion Period:

Be a True Rewards® member or sign up at any Participating Tavern to become a True Rewards® Member. Membership is free.
Earn 50 base points at a participating Tavern to receive one (1) electronic entry per 50 base points earned.
Participants may earn an unlimited number of entries during the Promotion Period, subject to compliance with all eligibility and entry requirements set forth herein.
Participants must be physically present in Nevada to participate.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

General: One (1) Eligible Participant will be randomly selected during the Promotion Drawing as the Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection: The Promotion Drawing will be conducted on Thursday August 3, 2026. At the end of the Promotion Period, all qualifying electronic entries gathered at each Participating Tavern will be combined into one electronic drawing. One (1) Winner will be selected from the electronic drawing.

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified using the preferred contact method listed in their True Rewards® account. If the initial notification attempt is unsuccessful, PT’s may attempt to contact the Winner using an alternative contact method (e.g. email, phone, or directly through the Participating Tavern). The Winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt to secure their Prize. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in Prize forfeiture.

Winner Specific Requirements: Winner must present a valid government-issued ID and matching True Rewards® Card to claim their Prize. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize acceptance and use. Winner must complete and return all required documentation, including a prize claim form and IRS Form W-9, prior to receiving the Prize.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
This Promotion is administered by Golden Tavern Group, LLC (“PT’s”) and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any third-party manufacturer, or prize provider.
The prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions, transfers, or exchanges are permitted.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other assessments associated with receipt of the prize. Winners may receive a W-2G or 1099 form where applicable.
Winner acknowledges and agrees that acceptance and use of the golf cart is at their own risk. Winner assumes all risks of injury, illness, death, damage, or loss arising out of or relating to the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including but not limited to risks associated with operation, collision, fire, or other hazards. PT’s, nor its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries are liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and are not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and are not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees on behalf of participant and their heirs, executors, and administrators to: (a) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Golden Entertainment, LLC., and all of its subsidiary companies, including but not limited to Golden Tavern Group, LLC, all Participating Locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of participant’s representations and warranties; (c) hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of participant’s name on PT’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the judges, which are binding and final.
PT’s reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud, tampering, violation of these rules, or any conduct deemed disruptive to the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately undermine or interfere with the Promotion may fully result in disqualification and legal action permitted by law.
PT’s may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances affecting proper administration.
PT’s is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
By participating, Participants agree to allow PT’s and to use their name, likeness, and/or image for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, consideration, notice, or review unless prohibited by law.
Employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of said employee, are not allowed to participate in this Promotion.
Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules, or in connection with the administration of this Promotion, will be resolved by PT’s management in its sole discretion and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of PT’s decision, the Participant may seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
