May 2026 Double Your Jackpot (“Promotion”)

OFFICIAL RULES

The PT’s DOUBLE YOUR JACKPOT PROMOTION (“Promotion”) earning period begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00am and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59pm PST (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion takes place at any of the participating PT’s Locations listed below in Section 5. Eligible Taverns (“Eligible Taverns”).

During the Promotion Period, any Participant who hit a jackpot of $2,000 USD or more while playing any machine that can trigger a jackpot of this amount, will earn one (1) virtual entry into the Double Your Jackpot Promotion Drawing (“Virtual Promotion Drawing”). After the conclusion of the Promotion Period, seven (7) Participants will be randomly selected in the Virtual Promotion Drawing as Promotion Winners (“Winner”) on Friday June 5, 2026, at 10:00am PST. Each Winner will receive a cash prize equal to their qualifying jackpot amount, up to maximum total winnings of $5,000 per Winner (the “Maximum Prize”). Actual Prize amounts will vary based on each Winner’s eligible jackpot amount. All times referred to under these Official Rules are Pacific Standard Time. If any selected entry is determined to be ineligible, the entry will be void and an alternate winner will be selected.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Promotion, all Participants must:

Be 21 years of age or older;
Possess a valid government-issued ID; and
Be a True Rewards® Club Member. Membership is free to join.

INELIGIBLE: Employees of Golden Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of said employee, are NOT permitted to participate in this Promotion.

2. PRIZE DETAILS

There will be seven (7) Prizes awarded for this Promotion. Each Prize consists of a cash award equal to the amount of the eligible jackpot won during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of $5,000 per Winner (the “Maximum Prize”). The Prize effectively doubles the eligible jackpot amount, subject to the Maximum Prize limitation. The Prizes will be paid out to the Winners in cash.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

True Rewards® members may participate in the Promotion by playing any gaming machine while logged in with their True Rewards® Card at any Eligible Tavern during the Promotion Period. True Rewards® is free to join and can be done by visiting any PT’s Taverns location and presenting your valid government issued ID. Participants are responsible for having the correct and current Contact Information on their True Rewards® mobile app.

During the Promotion Period, Participants who hit a jackpot of $2,000 or more while playing and logged in with their valid True Rewards® Card will receive one (1) virtual entry into the Virtual Promotion Drawing.

Only jackpots earned during the Promotion Period, while properly logged in to the Participant’s own True Rewards® Account are eligible. Participants may earn an unlimited number of entries; each qualifying jackpot hit during the Promotion Period will result in one (1) virtual entry into the Virtual Promotion Drawing.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

General: Seven (7) eligible Participants will be randomly selected during the Virtual Promotion Drawing as Winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Prize per eligible Participant for the Promotion Period.

Winner Selection: The Virtual Promotion Drawing will be conducted on Friday June 5, 2026 at 10am PST. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, will be included in the Virtual Promotion Drawing. If a Participant is selected twice during the Virtual Promotion Drawing, the second selection is void and an alternate Participant will be drawn.

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted using the preferred contact method listed in their True Rewards® Account. If the initial notification attempt is unsuccessful, PT’s may attempt to contact the Winner(s) using an alternate contact method reflected in their True Rewards® Account. Each Winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in Prize forfeiture.

Winner Specific Requirements: Winner(s) must present valid government-issued identification and matching True Rewards® Club Card to claim their prize. Winner(s) are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with Prize acceptance and use. Winner(s) must complete all paperwork, including but not limited to tax forms required.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prizes awarded are non-transferable.
Voluntary participation constitutes consent for PT’s and its affiliates to use a Participant’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent.
Winners are solely responsible for all state and federal taxes or other fees/penalties incurred from prizes and will be subject to a W2-G or 1099, if applicable. Participants with cumulative annual winnings valued at over $600 will receive a 1099. Winners agree to promptly and timely provide all information reasonably requested by management in connection with local, state and federal tax reporting.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of PT’s, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, PT’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any entry or Prize already awarded. PT’s may disqualify any Participants from receiving any Prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
Neither PT’s, its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries are liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and are not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and are not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
Neither PT’s, its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries are responsible for any late or ineligible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by PT’s, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, PT’s reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees on behalf of participant and their heirs, executors, and administrators to: (a) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Golden Entertainment, Inc., all Participating Locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of participant’s representations and warranties; (c) hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of participant’s name on Golden Entertainment or PT’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the judges, which are binding and final. If this Promotion is administered or promoted on any social media platform, the operator/provider of such social media platform and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents shall be considered “Released Parties” hereunder.
Employees of Golden Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of said employee, are not allowed to participate in this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rules.
Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules, or in connection with the administration of this Promotion, will be resolved by PT’s in its sole discretion and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of PT’s decision, the Participant may seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
