PT’s Bartender 5 Spot Promotion

FREE PLAY GIVEAWAY

The 5 Spot Promotion (“Promotion”) earning period begins June 1, 2026, at 12:01am PST, and ends August 31, 2026, at 11:59pm PST (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion takes place at all participating locations, as setforth in Section 5. Participating Taverns. All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Standard Time. All qualifying entries must be earned during the Promotion Period to be valid.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), all Participants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older;
• Possess a valid government-issued ID;
• Be a True Rewards member at the time of participation. True Rewards membership is free to join.

Individuals NOT eligible for this Promotion include:

• All employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC, and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household of such employees.

2. PRIZE DETAILS

Grand Prize: The Promotion Drawing will award a total of $5,000 in Free Play, distributed as ten (10) prizes of five hundred dollars ($500) each in Free Play (“Grand Prize”). Ten (10) Promotion Winners will be selected in the Promotion Drawing, and each Winner will receive $500 in Free Play. Limit one (1) Grand Prize award per individual in the Promotion Drawing. All prize amounts are awarded as Free Play only. No cash alternative is available.

Additional Prizes: The first verified 5 Spot hit by an Eligible Participant at each Participating Tavern will receive one (1) free “I hit the Bartender 5 Spot at PT’s” T-Shirt. One T-Shirt per Participating Tavern as set forth in Section 5, will be awarded. Receipt of a T-Shirt does not affect a Participant’s eligibility to earn entries or be selected as a Grand Prize Winner in the Promotion Drawing.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, Eligible Participants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Place a minimum wager of $1.25 or $1.00 on either Single Card or Four Card KENO, playing the designated “Bartender 5 Spot” numbers (1-5).
• For Four-Card KENO, the card on which the 5 Spot is hit must be played at maximum bet.
• Each verified “Bartender 5 Spot” will earn one (1) entry into the Promotion Drawing for a chance to win $500 in Free Play.

Entry Verification Requirements:

• Each 5 Spot must be verified by the bartender on duty at a Participating Tavern.
• A paper entry form must be completed in full at the time of the hit, including guest name, player number, phone number, machine number, Tavern location, time of hit, and denomination played.

4. DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION

General: Ten (10) Eligible Participants will be randomly selected during the Promotion Drawing as the Promotion Winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection: At the end of the Promotion Period, all qualifying paper entries gathered at each Participating Tavern will be combined into one Drawing Drum before the Promotion Drawing. The Promotion Drawing will be conducted on September 10, 2026.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified using the preferred contact method listed on their paper entry. If the initial notification attempt is unsuccessful, PT’s may attempt to contact the Winners using alternative contact methods (e.g. email, phone, or directly through the Participating Tavern). Winners must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt to secure their Prize. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in Prize forfeiture.

Winner Requirements: Winners must present a valid government-issued ID and matching True Rewards Card to claim their Prize. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize acceptance. Winners must complete and return all required documentation, including prize claim forms and IRS Form W-9s, prior to receiving their Prize.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•  Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
•  Prizes awarded are non-transferable.
• Employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC, its affiliates and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
•  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
•  Participants agree to allow Golden Entertainment, LLC (“PT’s”) the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, or review.
•  Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, and other fees, as applicable.
•  PT’s reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any bonus already awarded. PT’s may disqualify any Participants from receiving any bonus based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
•  Golden Entertainment, LLC, their agents, and subsidiaries are not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and are not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and are not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
•  Golden Entertainment, LLC, their agents, and subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by PT’s, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of PT’s which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, PT’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
•  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, PT’s reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
•  By participating, each participant (on behalf of themselves and their heirs) agrees to: (a) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, PT’s Taverns, participating locations, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize; (b) indemnify the Released Parties for any liability resulting from the participant’s breach of these Official Rules or representations; (c) acknowledge that the Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize; (d) if selected as a winner, permit the use of the participant’s name, image, voice, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation; and (e) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any claim of ambiguity or error in the Promotion.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or mobile application provider. All questions, comments, and inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promotion Sponsor and not to any social media platform, mobile application provider, or their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents.
•  Records related to the Promotion will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
•  By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rules.
•  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules, or in connection with the administration of this Promotion, will be resolved by PT’s in its sole discretion and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of PT’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
