October 29, 2026
Although Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is sometimes overshadowed by Halloween, it is a wonderful holiday to celebrate, with sugar skulls, ofrendas, and amazing food. The holiday itself, generally celebrated Nov. 1-2 in Mexico and other countries,is a blend of remembrances of loved ones and a welcome back to the earth for who have passed, with traditional elements of photos, candles, food, drink, sugar skulls, marigolds and more.
