OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION SUMMARY

The December 2026 $25,000 Season of Winning Point Challenge (“Promotion”) earning period begins December 1, 2026, at 12:01am, and ends December 31, 2026, at 11:59pm PT (“Promotion Period”).  The Promotion offers Eligible Participants the opportunity to earn Free Slot Play prizes based on their final point ranking within their applicable True Rewards® tier at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The Promotion takes place at all participating locations, as set forth in Section 5. Participating Taverns. All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Standard Time. This Promotion is sponsored and administered by Golden Tavern Group, LLC (“Sponsor” or “PT’s”).

During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants may earn qualifying base points (“points”) by playing any gaming machine at a Participating Tavern, and the top four point earners in each eligible tier will receive the applicable prize described below.  

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), all Participants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older;
• Possess a valid government-issued ID;
• Be a True Rewards® member at any tier during the time of participation. True Rewards® membership is free to join.

Individuals NOT eligible for this Promotion include:

• All employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC, and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household of such employees.

2. PRIZE DETAILS

Twenty (20) prizes consisting of Free Slot Play will be awarded to the top four (4) Participants (“Winners”) in each eligible True Rewards® tier, as follows:

• True Tier: Four (4) Prizes of $250 in Free Slot Play each;
• Loyal Tier: Four (4) prizes of $500 in Free Slot Play each;
• Solid Tier: Four (4) Prizes of $1,000 in Free Slot Play each;
• Legit Tier: Four (4) Prizes of $1,500 in Free Slot Play each; and
• Epic Tier: Four (4) Prizes of $3,000 in Free Slot Play each.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

General. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants may earn qualifying base points by playing any gaming machine while actively logged into their True Rewards® account at a Participating Tavern. Only qualifying base points earned during the Promotion Period will count toward a Participant’s ranking for purposes of this Promotion. Promotional bonus points, multipliers, and any other non-base point awards do not count toward Promotion Rankings. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their True Rewards® account information remains current and accurate throughout the Promotion Period. Point Calculation: Only qualifying base points earned during the Promotion Period will be used to determine rankings and prize eligibility. Promotional bonus points, multipliers, and other non-base point awards do not count toward point totals for this Promotion. Points earned before December 1, 2026, or after December 31, 2026, will not count.

Determination of Winners. At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the four (4) Participants in each eligible True Rewards® tier who have earned the highest number of qualifying base points during the Promotion Period will be deemed Winners, subject to verification by Sponsor. Participants who advance to a higher True Rewards® tier during the Promotion Period will not be disadvantaged as a result of such tier advancement. If a Participant earns sufficient qualifying base points to place among the top four (4) Participants in a tier and is subsequently promoted to a higher tier during the Promotion Period, such Participant will remain eligible for the prize associated with the lower tier ranking achieved prior to the promotion. However, if the Participant's qualifying base point total is sufficient to place among the top four (4) Participants in the higher tier at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the Participant will instead receive the prize associated with the higher tier.

Each Participant may receive only one (1) prize under this Promotion. In the event a Participant qualifies for a prize in more than one tier, the Participant will receive the highest-value prize for which they qualify.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner Notification. The Winners from the Promotion will be notified via email, phone, or in person by the applicable Tavern. Participants are responsible for having the correct and current Contact Information on their True Rewards® mobile app.

Claiming Prize. Prizes will be loaded to the Winner’s True Rewards® account within five (5) business days following Sponsor’s verification of Winner’s eligibility. All Free Play Prizes must be activated through the True Rewards® mobile application or at truerewards.com and are subject to the terms and conditions of the True Rewards® program. Tier status and eligibility will be determined by Sponsor in accordance with the True Rewards® program rules. True Rewards® program rules are available from a bar host or at truerewards.com.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• No cash option or alternative.
• Prizes awarded are non-transferable.
• Management reserves all rights, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Participants must hit the Cash Out button or play all available hands for a session to be recorded.
• Voluntary participation constitutes consent for PT’s and its affiliates to use a Participant’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent.
• Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with any prize. Sponsor will issue any tax forms required by applicable law.
• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of PT’s, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, PT’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any entry or Prize already awarded. PT’s may disqualify any Participants from receiving any Prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
• Neither PT’s, its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries are responsible for any late or ineligible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by PT’s, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
• Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, PT’s reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
• By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees on behalf of participant and their heirs, executors, and administrators to: (a) release and hold harmless the Golden Tavern Group, LLC, Golden Entertainment, LLC, all Participating Locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of participant’s representations and warranties; (c) hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of participant’s name on Golden Entertainment or PT’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the judges, which are binding and final. If this Promotion is administered or promoted on any social media platform, the operator/provider of such social media platform and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents shall be considered “Released Parties” hereunder.
• Employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of said employee, are not allowed to participate in this Promotion.
• By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rules.
• Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules, or in connection with the administration of this Promotion, will be resolved by PT’s in its sole discretion and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of PT’s decision, the Participant may seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
