OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION SUMMARY

The November 2026 Free Play Blitz (“Promotion”) offers participants the chance to receive a “Weekly Bonus Offer” consisting of free slot play when Eligible Participants earn a tier-specific threshold of base points during a given Earning Period. The Promotion Period begins November 1, 2026, at 12:01am and ends November 28, 2026, at 11:59pm. The Promotion takes place at all participating locations, as set forth in Section 4. Participating Taverns. All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Standard Time. This Promotion is sponsored and administered by Golden Tavern Group, LLC (“Sponsor” or “PT’s”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), all Participants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older;
• Possess a valid government-issued ID;
• Be a True Rewards® member at the time of participation with the Tier-Status of either Loyal, Solid, Legit, or Epic.  

Individuals NOT eligible for this Promotion include:

• All employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC, and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household of such employees.
• True Rewards® members at the True Tier Status do not qualify for this Promotion.

2. PRIZE DETAILS

Weekly Bonus Offer Amounts:

• Loyal - $20 in free slot play
• Solid - $40 in free slot play
• Legit - $80 in free slot play
• Epic - $250 in free slot play

Weekly Bonus Offer Qualification Thresholds:

• Loyal - 2,000 base points during Earning Period
• Solid - 3,500 base points during Earning Period
• Legit - 6,000 base points during Earning Period
• Epic -18,000 base points during Earning Period

For purposes of this Promotion, only base points earned through qualifying gaming activity count toward the applicable threshold requirements. Promotional bonus points, multipliers, and other non-base point awards do not count.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
   1. General. To participate, Eligible Participants may earn qualifying base points by playing any gaming machine while logged into their True Rewards® account at any Participating Tavern during an applicable Earning Period. Participants are responsible for having the correct and current Contact Information on their True Rewards® mobile app.

Only qualifying base points earned during an applicable Earning Period will count toward qualification for that Earning Period’s Weekly Bonus Offer. Base points earned outside an Earning Period will not count toward qualification.

Each week, Eligible Participants may earn a Weekly Bonus Offer by reaching their applicable base point threshold during the designated Earning Period, which runs from Sunday at 12:00 a.m. through Monday at 11:59 p.m. each week. A Participant who qualifies during an Earning Period may then redeem the corresponding Weekly Bonus Offer one (1) time during the following Redemption Period, which runs from Thursday at 12:00 a.m. through Saturday at 11:59 p.m. each week. Any Weekly Bonus Offer not redeemed during the applicable Redemption Period will be forfeited and will not carry over to any subsequent Earning or Redemption Period. A Participant who qualifies during multiple Earning Periods may earn separate Weekly Bonus Offers for each Earning Period in which the applicable threshold is met.

b.    Earning and Redemption Periods. The Earning Periods and corresponding Redemption Periods are as follows:  

Earning Period 1: Sunday, November 1 at 12:00 a.m.  – Monday, November 2 at 11:59 p.m.

Redemption Period 1: Thursday, November 5 at 12:00 a.m. – Saturday, November 7 at 11:59 p.m.

Earning Period 2: Sunday, November 8 at 12:00 a.m. – Monday, November 9 at 11:59 p.m.

Redemption Period 2: Thursday, November 12 at 12:00 a.m. – Saturday, November 14 at 11:59 p.m.

Earning Period 3: Sunday, November 15 at 12:00 a.m. – Monday, November 16 at 11:59 p.m.

Redemption Period 3: Thursday, November 19 at 12:00 a.m. – Saturday, November 21 at 11:59 p.m.

Earning Period 4: Sunday, November 22 at 12:00 a.m. – Monday, November 23 at 11:59 p.m.

Redemption Period 4: Thursday, November 26 at 12:00 a.m. – Saturday, November 28 at 11:59 p.m.

c.  Weekly Bonus Offer Notification. Eligible Participants who qualify for a Weekly Bonus Offer may receive an email notifying them of the available Weekly Bonus Offer and applicable Redemption Period. Emails are provided as a courtesy only and Participants are solely responsible for monitoring their True Rewards® account for available Weekly Bonus Offers. Failure to receive a notification shall not affect a Participant’s eligibility for any earned Weekly Bonus Offer.  

4. Weekly Bonus Offer Redemption. Eligible Participants must activate their Weekly Bonus Offer on the True Rewards® mobile app or at www.truerewards.com. Weekly Bonus Offers may be redeemed only during the applicable Redemption Period.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• True Rewards® is free to join and can be done by visiting any PT’s Taverns location and presenting your valid government-issued ID.
• Free Slot Play awarded in connection with this Promotion has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to all applicable True Rewards® program rules and procedures.
• Management reserves all rights, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Voluntary participation constitutes consent for PT’s and its affiliates to use a Participant’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent.
• Bonus Offer Recipients are solely responsible for all state and federal taxes or other fees/penalties incurred from prizes and will be subject to a W2-G or 1099, if applicable. Participants with cumulative annual winnings valued at over $600 will receive a 1099. Bonus Offer Recipients agree to promptly and timely provide all information reasonably requested by management in connection with local, state and federal tax reporting.
• If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of PT’s, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, PT’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any entry or Prize already awarded. PT’s may disqualify any Participants from receiving any Prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
• Neither PT’s, its affiliates, landlords, parents or subsidiaries are liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and are not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and are not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
• Neither PT’s, its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries are responsible for any late or ineligible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by PT’s, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
• Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, PT’s reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
• By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees on behalf of participant and their heirs, executors, and administrators to: (a) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Golden Entertainment, LLC, all Participating Locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of participant’s representations and warranties; (c) hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of participant’s name on Golden Entertainment or PT’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the judges, which are binding and final. If this Promotion is administered or promoted on any social media platform, the operator/provider of such social media platform and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents shall be considered “Released Parties” hereunder.
• Employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of said employee, are not allowed to participate in this Promotion.
• By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rules.
• Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules, or in connection with the administration of this Promotion, will be resolved by PT’s in its sole discretion and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of PT’s decision, the Participant may seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
