OFFICIAL RULES

The PT’s Taverns VGK Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) offers participants the chance to win two (2) tickets to the Las Vegas Golden Knights (“VGK”) Game on December 3^,2026. The Promotion earning period begins October 1, 2026, at 12:01am, and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59pm PT (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion takes place at all participating locations, as set forth in Section 5. Participating Taverns. All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Standard Time. All qualifying entries must be earned during the Promotion Period to be valid.

During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants can earn base points (“points”) by playing any gaming machine at a Participating Tavern, and the Participants who earn the highest number of points at each Participating Tavern, will be selected as Winners.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), all Participants must:

Be 21 years of age or older;
Possess a valid government-issued ID;
Be a True Rewards® member at the time of participation. True Rewards membership is free to join.

Individuals NOT eligible for this Promotion include:

All employees of Golden Entertainment, LLC, and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household of such employees.

PRIZE DETAILS

Winner Selection: One (1) Winner will be selected from each Participating Tavern, for a total of seventy one (71) Winners during the Promotion.

Each Winner will receive:

Two (2) Game Tickets for the VGK Game on December 3, 2026, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, Eligible Participants must earn points by playing any gaming machine while logged into their True Rewards® account at any Participating Tavern during the Promotion Period. True Rewards® is free to join and can be done by visiting any PT’s Taverns location and presenting your valid government issued ID. Participants are responsible for having the correct and current Contact Information on their True Rewards® mobile app.
The “Top Point Earner” is the Eligible Participant who accumulates the highest number of points at any one Participating Tavern during the Promotion Period.
Eligible Participants may earn points at any Participating Tavern; however, points are tracked separately by location and are not cumulative across Participating Taverns. Therefore, an Eligible Participant’s ranking as a Top Point Earner will be determined solely by the points earned at each individual Tavern.
A Top Point Earner may only be deemed a Winner at one Participating Tavern, even if such Participant has the highest point total at multiple Participating Taverns. If an Eligible Participant is the Top Point Earner at more than one Participating Tavern, they will be deemed a Winner at only one Tavern, and the next highest point earner at each additional applicable Tavern will be designated as the Winner for that location.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner Notification: The Winners from each Participating Tavern will be notified via email, phone, or in person by the applicable Tavern.

Claiming Prize: Winners will have seven (7) days to claim their Prize after notification of winning. Prizes not claimed during the allotted time will become null and void. In order to claim their prize, Winner will need to visit the corresponding Participating Tavern they won at, and present a valid, government-issued ID, fill out a W-9 form, and a standard Prize Claim Form. Once a Winner has completed the above requirements, Winner must provide the Tavern with a valid AXS email address for the digital ticket transfer.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
No cash option or alternative.
Prizes awarded are non-transferable.
Management reserves all rights, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
This Contest is sponsored by PT’s Taverns. Black Knight Sports and Entertainment, LLC, dba Vegas Golden Knights (“VGK”) is not a sponsor of this Contest. Contestants, winner and winner’s guest hereby release PT’S TAVERNS and VGK from any and all damages or injuries that may be claimed in connection with this Contest, any related prize, prize redemption, travel to or from the hockey game or attendance at such hockey game.
Voluntary participation constitutes consent for PT’s and its affiliates to use a Participant’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, consideration, notice, review or consent.
Winners are solely responsible for all state and federal taxes or other fees/penalties incurred from prizes and will be subject to a W2-G or 1099, if applicable. Participants with cumulative annual winnings valued at over $600 will receive a 1099. Winners agree to promptly and timely provide all information reasonably requested by management in connection with local, state and federal tax reporting.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of PT’s, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, PT’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any entry or Prize already awarded. PT’s may disqualify any Participants from receiving any Prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.
Neither PT’s, its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries are liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and are not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and are not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
Neither PT’s, its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries are responsible for any late or ineligible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by PT’s, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, PT’s reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees on behalf of participant and their heirs, executors, and administrators to: (a) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Golden Entertainment, Inc., all Participating Locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of participant’s representations and warranties; (c) hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of participant’s name on Golden Entertainment or PT’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of participant’s name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the judges, which are binding and final. If this Promotion is administered or promoted on any social media platform, the operator/provider of such social media platform and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents shall be considered “Released Parties” hereunder.
Employees of Golden Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates, as well as immediate family members or anyone residing in the same household of said employee, are not allowed to participate in this Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rules.
Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules, or in connection with the administration of this Promotion, will be resolved by PT’s in its sole discretion and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of PT’s decision, the Participant may seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
